Join us at Carmo for a five course dinner paired with specialty cocktails, wine and beer featuring the world's largest crop, sugarcane, all accompanied by sweet live music. Dishes include Sugarcane-smoked Marlin, Jaggery Cupuaçu Scallops, Quail Adobo and much more. We offer delicious nonalcoholic, vegan/vegetarian and gluten-free options for this unique and exotic event.

1st Course
